ക്വാലമ്പൂര്‍: മലേഷ്യയില്‍ ബോട്ട് മുങ്ങി 40 പേര്‍ കാണാതായി. റാംസാന്‍ ആഘോഷിക്കാനായി നാട്ടിലേയ്ക്ക് മടങ്ങിയ ഇന്തോനേഷ്യക്കാരാണ് അപകടത്തില്‍ പെട്ടത്. കാണാതായവരില്‍ സ്ത്രീകളും കുട്ടികളും ഉള്‍പ്പെടും. ഹെലികോപ്റ്ററുകളുടെ സഹായത്തോടെ കാണാതായവരെ കണ്ടെത്താനുള്ള ശ്രമത്തിലാണ് രക്ഷാപ്രവര്‍ത്തകര്‍.
വ്യാഴാഴ്ച രാത്രിയാണ് അപകടമുണ്ടായത്. 44 പേരാണ് ബോട്ടിലുണ്ടായത്. 4 പേര്‍ രാത്രിതന്നെ രക്ഷപ്പെടുത്തിയിരുന്നു. മലേഷ്യയില്‍ അനധികൃതമായി ജോലിചെയ്തിരുന്നവരാണ് അപകടത്തില്‍ പെട്ടത്. അതിര്‍ത്തിയിലുള്ള പരിശോധനകളില്‍ നിന്നും രക്ഷപ്പെടാനായി ബോട്ട് മാര്‍ഗം നാട്ടിലെത്താനൊരുങ്ങുന്നതിനിടയിലാണ് അപകടമുണ്ടായത്.
