ന്യൂഡല്‍ഹി: (www.kvartha.com 29.02.2016) ജെ.എന്‍.യു വിവാദം പുതിയ തലത്തിലേയ്ക്ക്. പ്രധാന പ്രതിപക്ഷ നേതാക്കള്‍ക്കെതിരെ തെലങ്കാന പോലീസ് രാജ്യദ്രോഹകുറ്റം ചുമത്തി കേസെടുത്തു.
കോണ്‍ഗ്രസ് വൈസ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് രാഹുല്‍ ഗാന്ധി, സിപിഐ നേതാവ് ഡി രാജ, സിപിഐ എം നേതാവ് സീതാറാം യെച്ചൂരി, ആം ആദ്മി പാര്‍ട്ടി നേതാവും ഡല്‍ഹി മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുമായ അരവിന്ദ് കേജരിവാള്‍, ആനന്ദ് ശര്‍മ്മ എന്നിവര്‍ക്കെതിരെയാണ് കേസ്.
ഐപിസി 124എ, സിആര്‍പിസി 156(3) എന്നീ വകുപ്പുകള്‍ പ്രകാരമാണ് കേസ്. ജെ.എന്‍.യു വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥികളായ ഉമര്‍ ഖാലിദ്, വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥി യൂണിയന്‍ അധ്യക്ഷന്‍ കനയ്യകുമാര്‍ എന്നിവര്‍ക്കെതിരെയും തെലുങ്കാന പോലീസ് രാജ്യദ്രോഹക്കുറ്റം ചുമത്തി കേസെടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. സെബരാബാദിലെ സരൂര്‍നഗര്‍ പോലീസ് സ്‌റ്റേഷനിലാണ് കേസ് രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. ടിആര്‍എസ് നേതാവ് കെ ചന്ദ്രശേഖര്‍ റാവുവാണ് തെലുങ്കാന മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി.
SUMMARY: It seems like sedition has become the flavour of the season. As the nation, from newsrooms to parliament, debates the validity of the charges, sedition charges have been filed against Congress vice president R Gandhi, CPI’s D Raja, CPI (M)’s Sitaram Yechury, AAP’s Arvind Kejriwal, Anand Sharma and JNU students, Kanhaiya Kumar and Umar Khalid under section 124 A (sedition) Saroornagar PS,Cyberabad, Telangana. According to ANI, FIRs have been registered under Section 156 (3) against the aforementioned.
