ഒരു വര്ഷത്തോളമായി ബഹിരാകാശത്ത് താമസിക്കുന്ന അമേരിക്കന് ജ്യോതി ശാസ്ത്രജ്ഞനായ സ്കോട്ട് കെല്ലിയാണ് ചിത്രം ട്വിറ്റ് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. 233 ദിവസവും ബഹിരാകാശത്ത് നിന്നുളള ചിത്രങ്ങള് സ്കോട്ട് കെല്ലി ഭൂമിയിലേക്ക് അയച്ചിരുന്നു.
മാര്ച്ച് മുതല് ആഗോള ബഹിരാകാശ നിലയത്തില് സേവനം അനുഷ്ഠിക്കുകയാണ് കെല്ലി. പ്രകാശമാനമായ ഭൂമിയുടെ ചിത്രമാണിത്. വളരെ നേര്ത്ത ചെറിയ നൂലുകള് കൊണ്ട് കൂട്ടിക്കെട്ടിയതു പോലെ തോന്നും ചിത്രം കണ്ടാല്. കഴിഞ്ഞ കുറച്ച് ദിവസങ്ങള്ക്ക് മുന്പ് നാസയുടേതെന്ന പേരില് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ദീപാവലി എന്ന ചിത്രം പുറത്തുവന്ന ചിത്രങ്ങള് തെറ്റാണെന്നു തെളിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. എന്നാല് ഈ ചിത്രങ്ങള് സത്യമാണെന്നാണ് കരുതപ്പെടുന്നത്.
