ഭുവനേശ്വര്: 2013 ഒടുവില് വരാനിരിക്കുന്ന തദ്ദേശ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പും 2014ലെ നിയമസഭാ ലോകസഭാ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പുകളും മുന്നില് കണ്ട് വാഗ്ദാന പെരുമഴയുമായി ഒറീസ സര്ക്കാര്. സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ എല്ലാ വിഭാഗം ആളുകള്ക്കും രോഗബാധിതരായാല് സൗജന്യമായി മരുന്ന് നല്കുമെന്നാണ് ഏറ്റവും പുതിയ വാഗ്ദാനം. ഇതിനായി ഒഡീഷാ മെഡിക്കല് സര്വീസ് കോര്പ്പറേഷന് എന്ന പേരില് സ്ഥാപനം തുടങ്ങുമെന്നും ഭുവനേശ്വറില് സംസ്ഥാന ഹെല്ത്ത്മിഷന്െറ യോഗത്തില് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി നവീന് പട്നായിക് അറിയിച്ചു.
രാജസ്ഥാന് മാതൃകയിലുള്ളതാകും പുതിയ കോര്പറേഷന്. പുതിയ പദ്ധതിക്കായി ഈ സാമ്പത്തിക വര്ഷം ഏതാണ്ട് 240 കോടി രൂപ ചെലവ് വരുമെന്നാണ് കണക്കാക്കപ്പെടുന്നത്. പഠനത്തില് മികവ് പുലര്ത്തുന്ന പ്ളസ്ടു തലത്തിലുള്ള വിദ്യാര്ഥികള്, യുവാക്കള്ക്കിടയിലെ കൂട്ടായ്മ പ്രോല്സാഹിപ്പിക്കാന് യുവശക്തി സ്വയംസഹായ ഗ്രൂപ്പുകള് എന്നിവ കഴിഞ്ഞ മാസങ്ങളില് ഒറീസയില് സര്ക്കാര് പുതുതായി നടപ്പിലാക്കിയ പദ്ധതികളാണ്. കര്ഷകര്, നിര്മാണത്തൊഴിലാളികള് തുടങ്ങിയവര്ക്ക് പ്രത്യേക ഇന്സെന്റീവുകള് നല്കുമെന്നും സര്ക്കാര് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചിരുന്നു.
SUMMARY: Continuing its prepoll sop extravagance, the state government on Saturday announced free medicines for all diseases to all patients at state run health facilities and establishment of a dedicated procurement corporation, Odisha Medical Service Corporation.
Chief minister Naveen Patnaik, who has during the past few months unveiled schemes for different categories of voters with an obvious eye on the next urban and general elections, played the healthcare card at a meeting of the State Health Mission here.
He has, among others, in recent times announced free laptops to meritorious students at Plus II level and setting up of Mission Yuba Shakti for promotion of self help groups among the youth besides a host of incentives for farmers, construction workers.
