പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി തായ്‌ലന്‍ഡ് സന്ദര്‍ശനത്തിന് എത്തി

ബാംങ്കോംഗ്: രണ്ട് ദിവസത്തെ സന്ദര്‍ശനത്തിനായി പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി മന്‍മോഹന്‍സിംഗ് തായ്‌ലന്‍ഡിലെത്തി. സ്വതന്ത്ര്യ വ്യാപാര കരാറടക്കം തന്ത്രപ്രധാന വിഷയങ്ങളില്‍ തായ്‌ലന്‍ഡ് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി യിംഗ്ലുക്ക് ഷിനവാത്രയുമായി പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ചര്‍ച നടത്തും. മൂന്ന് ദിവസത്തെ ടോക്കിയോ സന്ദര്‍ശനത്തിന് ശേഷമാണ് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി തായ്‌ലന്‍ഡില്‍
എത്തിയത്. ജപ്പാന്‍ സന്ദര്‍ശന വേളയില്‍ ആണവ സുരക്ഷ,സിവില്‍ ന്യൂക്ളിയാര്‍ കോ-ഓപ്പറേഷന്‍ തുടങ്ങിയ മേഖലകളില്‍ ഒരുമിച്ച് പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കാന്‍ തീരുമാനിച്ചിരുന്നു.

കിഴക്കനേഷ്യന്‍ രാജ്യങ്ങളുമായുള്ള ബന്ധം ഊട്ടിയുറപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന്‍െറ ഭാഗമായാണ് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയുടെ സന്ദര്‍ശനം. ഉന്നത തല സംഘവും മന്‍മോഹന്‍ സിംഗിനെ അനുഗമിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.

Singh arrived here after ending his threeday visit to Tokyo that saw India and Japan reaffirming the importance of civil nuclear cooperation, while recognising that nuclear safety is a priority for both governments. A highlevel delegation also accompanying him on the trip to reinforce India's "Look East" policy, recognising Thailand as a key gateway to the ASEAN region and seeking to elevate bilateral ties into a "strategic partnership".
