ന്യൂഡല്‍ഹി: (www.kvartha.com 01.03.2015) പന്നിപ്പനിമൂലം രാജ്യത്ത് മരിച്ചവരുടെ എണ്ണം 1000 കടന്നു. ശനിയാഴ്ച 42 പേര്‍ മരിച്ചു. ഇതോടെ മരണസംഖ്യ 1041 ആയി. 19,000 പേര്‍ക്ക് രോഗബാധയുള്ളതായാണ് ശനിയാഴ്ചത്തെ കണക്ക്.
രോഗബാധിതരില്‍ കൂടുതലും രാജസ്ഥാന്‍, ഗുജറാത്ത് സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലുള്ളവരാണ്. രാജ്യത്തെ അസാധാരണമായ കാലാവസ്ഥയാണ് രോഗബാധ പടരാന്‍ കാരണമായതെന്നും രോഗികളുടെ എണ്ണം ഇനിയും വര്‍ധിക്കാന്‍ സാധ്യയുണ്ടെന്നുമാണ് അധികൃതര്‍ പറയുന്നത്.
കടുത്തപനി, തലവേദന, പേശിവേദന, വയറിളക്കം, ഛര്‍ദി, വയറുവേദന, രക്തസ്രാവം എന്നിവയാണ് രോഗലക്ഷണങ്ങള്‍. രോഗബാധ പടരുന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തില്‍ ഗുജറാത്തില്‍ അഞ്ചിലേറെ പേര്‍ ഒന്നിച്ചു കൂടുന്നത് വിലക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. മുന്‍കരുതലായി ജനങ്ങള്‍ മുഖംമൂടി ധരിക്കണമെന്നും നിര്‍ദേശം നല്‍കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
