ദുബൈ: സ്വകാര്യ മേഖലയില്‍ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന ബിരുദധാരികള്‍ക്ക് കുറഞ്ഞ വേതനം 12,000 ദിര്‍ഹമാക്കുമെന്ന് തൊഴില്‍ മന്ത്രാലയം വ്യക്തമാക്കി. അല്‍ഖലീജ് പത്രമാണ് വാര്‍ത്ത പുറത്തുവിട്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്. പ്രത്യേക കാറ്റഗറികളില്‍ വരുന്ന തൊഴിലാളികള്‍ക്കാണ് കുറഞ്ഞ വേതന നിയമം ബാധകമാവുക. സര്‍വകലാശാല ബിരുദം സ്വന്തമാക്കിയവരാണ് ആദ്യ കാറ്റഗറിയില്‍ വരുന്നവര്‍. ഇവര്‍ക്ക് 12,000 ദിര്‍ഹമാണ് കുറഞ്ഞ വേതനം.
ടെക്‌നീഷ്യന്മാര്‍ക്ക് 7,000 ദിര്‍ഹമാണ് കുറഞ്ഞ വേതനം. നൈപുണ്യമുള്ള തൊഴിലാളികള്‍ക്ക് 5,000 ദിര്‍ഹം നല്‍കും.
കൂടുതല്‍ വേതനവും മികച്ച തൊഴില്‍ സാഹചര്യവും പരിഗണിച്ച് മറ്റ് തൊഴിലുകളിലേയ്ക്ക് മാറുന്നവരുടെ ആവശ്യം പരിഗണിച്ചാണ് തീരുമാനം.
